An asphalt manufacturing plant (an existing customer) called Response early one morning to report that its asphalt pump had broken down. This pump was the lifeline of the company’s production capability. The customer had 30 trucks waiting to be filled with asphalt when it called. Response diagnosed the problem, found the right pump, and replaced the motor within only three hours allowing the company to quickly resume production.
A critical transformer for a chemical manufacturing company failed on a weekend in the middle of the night. The company called Response immediately, and understanding the urgency of the situation, Response sprung into action. We sent a team out to investigate and were able to locate and identify a high voltage fault, procure and then install a new transformer within just four hours. The manufacturing line was up and running by the morning shift, and the company didn’t lose any production time.
A senior assisted living facility decided it wanted to expand by adding a two story addition to an existing three story building. The facility’s architect hired Response to do the engineering design. Then, Response was awared the contract to do all the electrical work for the project which included high voltage work, power distribution, branch wiring, interior lighting, exterior lighting, fire alarm system, nurses call system, and low voltage communications wiring. The project was completed on time and on budget.
